SOLARIS SEAVIEW APARTMENT - SKALA ERESSOS
The Solaris Sea View Apartment offers spacious accommodation for two as well as a magnificent sea view. It is possible to accommodate up to 5 persons, using the built-in sofa's as extra beds. This can be particularly convenient for families with small children.
We are excited to be able to offer this self contained private apartment in a sought after location, a little stroll away from the main promenade of Skala Eressos.
The accommodation consists of side staircase leading to the first floor entrance of the apartment. The main front door opens onto a hallway and the facilities of the apartment are as follows:
Living Room: Dining table with chairs, three built-in stone sofa's with matrasses and comfortable cushions, and double doors with wooden shutters leading to private balcony with further table and chairs offering fantastic views of the Aegean Ocean.
Open Kitchen: Fully fitted cupboards and work surfaces with sink unit, electric cooking unit with oven and grill and fridge with freezer.
Bathroom: Sink, w.c and shower.
Bedroom: Twin beds, fitted wardrobes and small second private balcony.
The property is serviced every three days and thoroughly cleaned and linen changed once per week.
