We are excited to be able to offer this self contained private apartment in a sought after location on the main promenade of Skala Eressos offering private balcony with uninterrupted beach and sea views.
The Accommodation consists of side gate into a courtyard with traditional marble staircase leading to the first floor. A main front door opens onto a spacious hallway and the facilities are as follows:
Kitchen: New fully fitted cupboards and work surfaces with sink unit, two ring electric hob unit with small oven and grill, fridge with freezer and small eating table.
Bathroom: Sink, w.c and shower with fitted cupboards for linen and wall mirror.
Bedroom/Living Room: New Double Bed! fitted wardrobes, dining table and double doors with wooden shutters leading to private balcony with further table and chairs offering fantastic views of the Aegean Ocean and the 4 km beach of Skala Eressos.
The property is serviced every three days and thoroughly cleaned and linen changed once per week.
