The Hotel

Aeolian Gaea Hotel is a 4* hotel located in Skala Kallonis, Lesvos. 500 m from the beach, it is the only “boutique” hotel of the island and perfectly combines luxury with a fusion of traditional and modern art. This unique hotel, overlooking the Kalloni beach, was designed and built to offer its elite clientele an extraordinary atmosphere of exquisite style and high-end services.

Borrowing from the traditional architecture of Lesvos, the luxurious 4-building complex, along with its 225 m2 outdoor swimming pool is a rare gem of the island. The interior and the exterior decoration has been carefully designed to tend to the clients’ wishes and comfort, incorporating the Greek “philoxenia” with the local colors and the modern needs of a luxurious hotel.

Every part of the hotel, from the reception, the sauna and the gym to the suites and the exterior environment has been designed to create a feeling of comfort and warmth. The renowned Greek painter Ioannis Papaioannou’s frescos in the reception and the suites have captured the art culture of the island from the archaic period to the painter Theofilos and the modern era.

Description of our Accommodation

Aeolian Gaea Hotel has twelve 30 m2 guestrooms, seven 45 m2 family suites and four 60 m2 grand suites. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned, have a separate bedroom, a dining room with a fully-functional kitchen area, bathroom with hydromassage and a veranda. The family suites can easily accommodate a whole family, since they can be transformed into two-bedroom suites.

The rooms are divided in 4 separate buildings, each with a distinct architectural design and decoration:

Aeolis is the main building of the hotel complex. Besides the reception and indoor bar, it houses the gym and the sauna. There are a total 2 family suites and 7 guestrooms, 3 of which are able to accommodate people with disabilities.
Theofilos is the building that houses the 4 grand suites.
Napi includes 2 family suites and 2 guestrooms.
Sappho includes 1 guestroom and 3 family suites.

All rooms and suites have their own private gardens with trees, flowers and other plants. The four grand suites have a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a private fireplace.

Restaurant

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served by the swimming pool. For lunch and dinner, salads, pasta and gourmet elegant dishes with local flavours will be served.
